IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar Ensuring Best Medical Treatment for Brave ghazi Officers who got Injured in the line of Duty.
Rs. 3.05 Million Released for Medical Expenses of Injured Officers from Lahore and Other Districts.
Inspector General of Police Punjab, Dr. Usman Anwar, has reiterated his strong commitment to providing the best medical treatment to police officers injured in the line of duty. Continuing this initiative, an additional amount of Rs. 3.05 million has been released for the medical expenses of injured officers from Lahore and other districts.
According to the Punjab Police spokesperson, injured Sub-Inspector Muhammad Mumtaz was provided Rs. 1.5 million for his treatment. Injured Constable Mirza Kashif Siddique received Rs. 1 million, Constable Nouman Gul was given Rs. 300,000, and Constable Muhammad Sajid was provided Rs. 250,000. Police spokesperson further said that these officers were injured during different duty-related incidents.
The funds were approved during the meeting of the Compensation Award Committee, chaired by Additional IG Welfare and Finance Imran Arshad. IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar emphasized that providing the best medical care and ensuring the early recovery of brave officers is a top priority, and every possible support will continue for this cause. He also directed supervisory officers to leave no stone unturned in ensuring the best health and welfare of injured officers.
