Central Police Office: Concluding Ceremony of the 10th Batch of Punjab Police Internship Program.
25 students from Punjab University and 37 students from the University of Lahore participated in the internship program, Punjab Police Spokesperson
The closing ceremony of the 10th batch of the Punjab Police Internship Program was held at the Central Police Office. Punjab Police spokesperson said that 25 students from Punjab University and 37 students from the University of Lahore participated in the internship program. Students from the BS Criminology and Criminal Justice departments were divided into 05 groups for the police internship. The students were attached to different branches of Punjab Police for 05 weeks. The students completed their internship in Special Branch, CTD, Safe Cities Authority, Investigation, and IT branches. During the closing ceremony, the students presented presentation reports based on the experiences gained during the internship. On this occasion, DIG Training Munir Ahmad Zia Rao said that the experience gained during the internship will prove helpful in the career development of the students. To promote the culture of education and research, we are providing internship opportunities to students. The students, while expressing their views, said that they are grateful to the IG Punjab for providing them the opportunity to closely observe and learn about police working and field challenges.
