Independence Day Celebrations Organized by Punjab Police in the Context of Victory in "Maarka-e-Haq"
Police Lines, offices, police stations, and other buildings across Lahore and the province have been illuminated with electric lights.
According to the Punjab Police spokesperson, the purpose of illuminating police buildings is to pay tribute to the leaders of the freedom movement and the forefathers who made great sacrifices.
In connection with Independence Day celebrations were organized by Punjab Police in the context of victory in the Maarka-e-Haq. Police Lines, offices, police stations, and other buildings across Lahore and the province were illuminated with electric lights. The Punjab Police spokesperson stated that the purpose of illuminating police buildings is to pay homage to the leaders of the freedom movement and to the forefathers who offered great sacrifices. Punjab Police buildings have been beautifully decorated with eye-catching lighting in honor of Independence Day.
Inspector General of Punjab Police, Dr. Usman Anwar, said that Punjab Police is fully participating with the entire nation in the Independence Day celebrations. He paid tribute to the bravery, courage, unparalleled sacrifices, and capabilities of the Pakistan Armed Forces who protect the country and the nation. From the achievement of independence to the safeguarding of independence, Punjab Police has made unforgettable sacrifices shoulder to shoulder with the Pakistan Armed Forces.
On Independence Day, dignified flag-hoisting ceremonies will be held in police offices and Police Lines. National flags will be hoisted on police buildings, and smartly turned-out police contingents will present a salute to the national flag. Dr. Usman Anwar urged citizens to celebrate Independence Day with joy while never letting go of national dignity and cultural values. Punjab Police is providing full security to the events organized on Independence Day.
