A four-day-old baby girl was saved after a swift response from the Punjab Safe Cities Authority (PSCA) virtual blood bank, when her family made an emergency call for blood through the police helpline 15. According to a PSCA spokesperson, the infant was admitted to Mayo Hospital in critical condition and urgently needed blood. Responding immediately, an officer from the virtual blood bank personally donated blood to save the child's life. The father of the baby expressed deep gratitude to the PSCA team, praising their timely assistance and calling their efforts a blessing in a time of distress.
