Punjab Police Committed to the Health Welfare of Its Force and Their Families
IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar releases an additional Rs. 2.8 million in funds for the treatment of police employees and their families – Punjab Police Spokesperson
Inspector General Police Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar is committed to the health welfare of his force and their families, and in continuation of this commitment, an additional Rs. 2.8 million in funds has been released for the medical treatment of police employees and their families. Punjab Police spokesperson, sharing the details, informed that ASI Hussain Ahmad Shah has been issued Rs. 1 million in funds for kidney treatment. Constable Daniyal Safdar has been granted Rs. 1 million for his son’s open-heart surgery. ASI Ali Iqbal has been issued Rs. 500,000 in funds for medical treatment. ASI Ejaz Hussain for kidney stones, Constable Muhammad Arif for arm fracture, and Head Constable Imtiaz Ahmad for spinal treatment have each been granted Rs. 100,000. IG Punjab approved the release of funds following scrutiny by the Medical Financial Assistance Committee. Dr. Usman Anwar stated that under Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) with various institutions, employees are also being provided with excellent medical treatment facilities.
