Passing Out Parade of Traffic Assistants, Recruit Constables, and PHP Constable Course at Police College Sihala

 

A passing out parade of Traffic Assistants, Recruit Constables, and PHP Constable Course was held at Police Training College Sihala. DIG Commandant Police Training Sihala Ashfaq Ahmad Khan attended the ceremony as the chief guest. Deputy Commandant Abdul Rauf Babar, Course Commander SP Shoaib Aqeel, SP Imran Razaq, recruits’ parents, and relatives also attended the event. 

According to details, 995 Traffic Assistants and 101 PHP recruits received basic training during the course. Commandant Police Training Sihala Rawalpindi Ashfaq Ahmad inspected the parade and addressed the ceremony, saying that the administration of Police College Sihala deserves congratulations on the successful completion of the course. He said that under the vision of Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif, modern and advanced training, skills, and professional grooming of the recruits were ensured. He emphasized that the trained officers should perform their professional duties in the field with a spirit of public service. They should ensure crime prevention, improvement of traffic management, and protection of the lives and property of the people. More than one hundred thousand officials and officers of law enforcement agencies have been trained at Police College Sihala to date. Training modules have been developed keeping in view the fieldwork of constables and traffic officers. Punjab Police spokesperson shared that at the conclusion of the ceremony, Commandant Police College Sihala presented honorary swords and certificates to recruits and traffic assistants who secured outstanding positions.
