Three People Including Father and Sons Killed in Firing over Water Supply Dispute in Bahawalnagar
IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar took Notice, sought Report from RPO Bahawalpur, Orders Immediate Arrest of Accused
Inspector General of Police Punjab, Dr. Usman Anwar, has taken notice of the incident that happened in the area of Bahawalnagar Saddar Police Station where three people, including a father and his sons, were killed in firing over a water supply dispute. IG Punjab has sought a report from the Regional Police Officer (RPO) Bahawalpur. IG Punjab has ordered the District Police Officer (DPO) Bahawalnagar to immediately arrest the accused involved in the firing and instructed that all resources be utilized to apprehend the culprits involved in the triple murder.
Punjab Police Spokesperson shared that senior police officers immediately reached the scene and collected evidence. The deceased include 55-year-old Muhammad Amin, 30-year-old Waheed, and 28-year-old Saeed. DPO Bahawalnagar said teams have been formed to arrest the accused and that the culprits will be apprehended soon.
