Inspector General of Police Punjab, Dr. Usman Anwar, met with police employees and their families at the Central Police Office. IG Punjab listened to the problems of the police employees and issued orders for immediate relief. According to the details, on the request of the mother of martyred Constable Imtiaz Hussain regarding plot and medical financial assistance, DIG Welfare and Finance was directed to provide relief. On the requests for financial assistance for the treatment of the sons of the late Sub-Inspector Abdul Qayyum and Constable Muhammad Rafiq, DIG Welfare and Finance was instructed to provide relief. On the request of Lady Constable Jaweria Nasir, DPO Sheikhupura was directed to provide relief. On the request of Wireless Operator Constable Tanveer-ul-Hussain for medical financial assistance, DIG Welfare and Finance was instructed to provide relief. IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar also issued orders on other applications related to discipline, administration, promotion, and welfare measures.
