On the directives of Inspector General of Police Punjab, Dr. Usman Anwar, Punjab Police continues its operations against organized criminals and dangerous proclaimed offenders. As part of this crackdown, 11 gangs involved in heinous crimes were dismantled, and 23 operatives were arrested in the past 24 hours. Punjab Police spokesperson said that 438 wanted criminals, 183 court absconders, and 91 habitual offenders were apprehended. Over the past 24 hours, police successfully eliminated 11 criminal gangs and arrested 23 operatives, along with 438 wanted criminals, 183 court absconders, and 91 habitual offenders. The seized items from the criminals included 3 Kalashnikovs, 2 rifles, 104 pistols, 11 shotguns, 3 revolvers, and thousands of rounds of ammunition. Additionally, police recovered Rs. 6 million in cash, 46 motorcycles, 21 mobile phones, and 4 livestock from the offenders. IG Punjab, Dr. Usman Anwar, emphasized that intelligence-based operations and crackdowns will continue without interruption to eliminate organized crime.
