Punjab Police ensuring regular steps for the Health Welfare of Constables' Children
21 Lakh Rupees Released for Treatment of Children with Serious Illnesses of Employees Deployed in Various Districts, Including Lahore
Under the direction of Inspector General of Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar, measures for the health welfare of Punjab Police constables' children continue. In this regard, 21 lakh rupees have been released for the treatment of children suffering from serious illnesses of employees deployed in various districts, including Lahore. Punjab Police spokesperson shared details, that Head Constable Muhammad Hassan was provided 8 lakh rupees for his daughter's bone marrow transplant, and Ghazi Constable Nasir Ahmad was given 5 lakh rupees for his son's medical treatment. Constable Muhammad Rizwan was allocated 2.5 lakh rupees for his son's major surgery, and Driver Constable Naeem Ahmad received 2 lakh rupees for his son's major surgery. Driver Head Constable Ihsan Ul Haq was provided 1.2 lakh rupees for his son's hearing treatment. Head Constable Shahzad Nazir, Constables Adnan Shamoon, Shoukat Ali, Adnan Rabbani, and Clerk Nisar Ahmed received a total of over 2 lakh rupees for their children's medical treatment. IG Punjab approved the above funds after scrutiny and approval from the Welfare Management Committee. IG Punjab instructed officials to continue taking steps for the health welfare of police employees by ensuring the effective use of resources.
