Punjab Police committed to providing the best treatment to Ghazi personnel injured in the line of duty

Inspector General of Police Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar is committed to providing the best treatment to Ghazi personnel injured in the line of duty, in continuation of which an additional amount of Rs. 19.5 lakh has been issued to pay for the medical expenses of injured personnel serving in various districts including Lahore. While giving details, the spokesperson of Punjab Police said that Rs. 1.5 million funds were released for the medical expenses of injured Sub-Inspector Abid Hussain. Rs. 300,000 was given to the injured Constable Hameed Ullah for his medical expenses. Injured ASI Abdul Rauf was released Rs 100,000 for medical expenses. Injured Head Constable Waqas Ali was given Rs 50,000 for medical expenses. The Compensation Award Committee, chaired by Additional IG Welfare Imran Irshad, approved the release of funds. IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar said that the best treatment and early rehabilitation of police ghazi officials is the top priority and all possible cooperation will continue. IG Punjab said that RPOs and DPOs should spare no effort for the best health and welfare of brave ghazi personnel.
