Written examinations were held in the districts of Phase One for the recruitment of constables and lady constables in Punjab Police. Senior police officers including RPOs, CPOs and DPOs supervised the examination process themselves. Punjab Police Spokesperson said that

Strict checking and transparency of the candidates were ensured during the examination. Strict security arrangements were also ensured around the examination centers. The examination process was also monitored with CCTV cameras. Candidates who pass the written examination will be eligible for the interview. IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar said that the recruitment process in Punjab Police is going on with full transparency and eligible Candidates will become a part of Punjab Police on the basis of hard work and abilities.
