Inspector General of Police Punjab, Dr. Usman Anwar, has taken notice of the shooting incident at the Wazirabad Judicial Complex, which resulted in the death of a person who came for court appearance and one passerby being injured. IG Punjab has sought a report from the RPO Gujranwala. IG Punjab has ordered CPO Gujranwala to arrest the accused involved in the shooting, directing that all available resources be used for their capture. Punjab Police spokesperson said that SSP Operations, Dr. Raza Tanveer, visited the crime scene. The spokesperson further mentioned that the deceased, Ali Abbas, was on bail in an attempted murder case at the Wazirabad City Police Station. CPO Gujranwala, Muhammad Ayaz Saleem, said that teams have been formed to arrest the accused and they will be apprehended soon.
