IG Punjab Dr Usman Anwar approved 7.7 million rupees in funds for the renovation and beautification of residential flats for officers and personnel.
Inspector General of Police Punjab, Dr Usman Anwar, has approved funds of 7.7 million rupees for the renovation and beautification of residential flats for officers and personnel. Punjab Police spokesperson shared that 5 million rupees have been allocated for the renovation and beautification of the Elite double-story residential building at Qurban Lines, Lahore, while 2.7 million rupees have been allocated for the renovation and beautification of the residential building for police personnel at the same location. IG Punjab said that, as head of Punjab Police, providing a beautiful environment for officers and personnel is part of his responsibilities. Improving police stations, offices, and the residences of employees is also an essential duty. Dr Usman Anwar further mentioned that development projects, as well as other renovation and beautification works, are being completed expeditiously.
