IG Punjab Addresses Concerns and Issues Immediate Relief Orders
Inspector General of Police Punjab, Dr. Usman Anwar, met with police personnel and their families at the Central Police Office. He listened to their concerns and issued immediate orders to provide relief. As per details, on the request of the wife of Shaheed ASI Basharat Ali, orders for relief were directed to DIG Establishment-II. Similarly, on the request of DSP Yousaf Haroon, Additional IG Special Branch was instructed to provide relief. In response to Constable Muhammad Idrees' request concerning an investigation, relevant officers were directed to ensure immediate action. Additionally, DIG IT was tasked with addressing the request of Constable Faqeer Hussain. IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar also issued directives on other requests related to discipline, administration, promotions, and welfare matters.
