FAISALABAD: The Madina Town police have registered a case against four persons of a family for allegedly assaulting Shagufta Kazmi, the area in charge of a polio team, in Dhadiwala. According to the police, Shagufta was visiting the area with police support when Shamim Ahmed objected to her presence. The next day, Shamim, accompanied by his son Ghulam Mustafa and daughter Saleha Bibi, attacked Shagufta, dragging and kick- ing her in the face, resulting in the loss of one tooth.
