IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar is firmly committed to the Health Welfare of Police Force and Their Families
More than 1.4 million rupees have been released for the treatment of employees and their families suffering from serious illnesses.
Inspector General of Police Punjab, Dr. Usman Anwar, remains committed to the health welfare of the police force and their families. Continuing these efforts, an additional fund of over 1.4 million rupees has been released for the treatment of employees and their families suffering from serious illnesses.
Punjab Police spokesperson shared the details that Sub-Inspector Jehanzaib has been granted 500,000 rupees for major surgery. Head Constable Mehboob Sultan has been allocated 250,000 rupees for kidney surgery. Sub-Inspectors Ijaz Ahmad and Ghulam Raza, along with Constable Rashid Abbas, have been provided with funds for minor surgeries. Junior Clerk Sikandar Hayat has also been granted 100,000 rupees for surgery. The widow of retired Head Constable Muhammad Ali has been given 100,000 rupees for the treatment of kidney and heart ailments. Retired Inspector Muhammad Jamil has been granted 75,000 rupees for his wife's minor surgery. Constable Muhammad Zaman from Pakpattan has received 65,000 rupees for minor surgery, while Driver Constable Qamar Hussain has been allocated 30,000 rupees for medical treatment.
Spokesperson Punjab Police shared that IG Punjab approved the release of these funds after the scrutiny by the Medical Financial Assistance Committee. Dr. Usman Anwar said that modern treatment facilities are also being provided to employees through MOUs with various institutions.
