IG Punjab listened to the requests of police employees, issued orders for immediate relief.

Inspector General of Police Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar met with police employees and their families at the Central Police Office Punjab, Lahore. IG Punjab listened to the requests of the police employees and issued orders for immediate relief. IG Punjab directed DIG Organized Crime Unit Lahore to provide relief on the request of Lahore Constable Qutub ud din, while he directed DIG Welfare and Finance to provide relief on the request of the father of police martyrs Muhammad Shahzad and Muhammad Nawaz for plot provision and financial assistance. IG Punjab directed Additional IG Punjab to provide relief on the promotion request of Inspector Ghulam Miran Anjum of Sheikhupura. Relief orders have been issued to the concerned officers on the request of the wife of the late head constable of Jhang and ASI Ehtesham of Attock. IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar also issued orders on other applications related to discipline, admin, promotion and welfare.
