IG Punjab listened to the problems of Police officials, Issues orders for immediate relief.
Inspector General of Police Punjab, Dr. Usman Anwar, said that the welfare of police force and their families is a top priority, Regional Police Officers (RPOs) and District Police Officers (DPOs) should leave no stone unturned in ensuring the well-being of the force. Dr. Usman Anwar said that the police force is like a family, and steps will continue to be taken to address the issues faced by its members. He expressed these views during a meeting with police personnel and their families at the Central Police Office today. IG Punjab listened to the problems and requests presented by police personnel and issued orders for immediate relief. According to the details, IG Punjab issued instructions for relief on several matters: for the medical assistance request of Lahore Police barber Ammar Yasir, he directed the DIG Welfare to provide relief; for Head Constable Talha Nawaz's request for transfer from Sahiwal to Multan, he instructed the DIG Special Protection Unit to provide relief; for retired Inspector Nasir Mehmood Khan’s request, he issued relief orders to the CPO Rawalpindi; for Inspector Ghazanfar Ali’s promotion and payment of departmental dues, he directed the DPO Bahawalpur to provide relief. Furthermore, for Inspector Hamad Hassan's request for assistance with his daughter’s educational expenses, IG Punjab directed the DIG Welfare to provide relief; for Driver Constable Muhammad Ramzan’s request for departmental promotion, he issued instructions to the DPO Vehari and SSP IAB Multan. IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar also issued orders on other requests related to discipline, administration, promotion, and welfare.
