Inspector General of Police Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar, met with police employees and their families. IG Punjab listened to the applications and problems presented by the police employees and issued immediate relief orders. IG Punjab said that resolving the issues faced by police employees is the top priority. All officers should take prompt actions to provide every possible relief to the police force and their families. He expressed these views while issuing orders on the employees' applications at the Central Police Office today. According to the details, IG Punjab forwarded the request for accommodation in the Ladies Hostel for the medical student daughter of ASI Muhammad Shahbaz to the Additional IG CTD for immediate relief. Dr. Usman Anwar also issued instructions for relief to be provided to the DPO Sheikhupura regarding the request for the provision of a plot for the daughter of Constable Saeed Ahmad Shaheed. IG Punjab directed DIG Establishment Two to provide merit-based relief on Head Constable Muhammad Zaman’s request for seniority rectification and promotion. He also issued instructions for relief to be provided by DIG Welfare regarding Constable Naeem Akhtar's request for medical assistance, Dr. Usman Anwar directed DIG Establishment One to provide merit-based relief on Sub-Inspector Shaukat Ali’s promotion request. IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar also issued orders on other applications related to discipline, welfare, and administrative matters. IG Punjab reaffirmed that every possible support will be provided to address the issues faced by police employees and their families.
