IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar met with Police officials and their families, issued Immediate Relief orders after hearing applications.
Inspector General of Police Punjab, Dr. Usman Anwar, met with police personnel and their families at the Central Police Office. During the meeting, IG listened to the requests presented by the police employees and their families and issued immediate relief orders. According to the details, IG Punjab, Dr. Usman Anwar, forwarded the request for the reinstatement of former D.E.O. Muhammad Toufail to the Additional IG Punjab for relief. Upon the request of ASI Masi Ullah, IG ordered DIG Operations Lahore to take immediate action on merit. Regarding Constable Maqsood Ahmad's request for medical assistance, the IG directed DIG Welfare to provide relief. The request of Lady Constable Rehana Aslam was forwarded to the CCPO Lahore for immediate action. ASI Ghulam Rasool’s request for a posting in his native district was directed to the Additional IG Punjab for relief. On the request of Inspector Azhar Haider, IG instructed RPO Dera Ghazi Khan to provide justice through immediate action, while for Head Constable Bashir Ahmad’s daughter’s educational expenses, relief was directed to be provided by DIG Welfare. IG Punjab, Dr. Usman Anwar, emphasized that all requests from employees should be addressed promptly and on merit He directed that RPOs, DPOs, and unit heads to leave no stone unturned for the welfare of the force.
