Departmental promotions continue Punjab Police: 39 Office Assistants Promoted to Superintendent rank on a regular basis
The list of promoted officers includes Muhammad Abrar Hussain, Muhammad Waqas, Abdul Hafeez, Uzma Rubab, Maryam Irfan, Sumaira Hameed, and several others.
Under the directives of Inspector General of Punjab Police, Dr. Usman Anwar, the process of departmental promotions in the Punjab Police based on merit and seniority is continuing. In this regard, the AIG Admin and Security has promoted 39 office assistants to the position of superintendent on a regular basis. IG Punjab, Dr. Usman Anwar has issued the promotion notification. Those promoted include Muhammad Abrar Hussain, Muhammad Waqas, Abdul Hafeez, Uzma Rubab, Maryam Irfan, Sumaira Hameed, Mirza Abdul Ghafar Baig, Tariq Mahmood, Qaiser Nadeem, Tauqeer Haider Shah, Fayyaz Hussain, Aleem Khan, Tahir Javed Butt, Asma Shabbir, Ambreen Akhtar, Sumbreen Saad, Noreen Noor, Muhammad Ilyas, Muhammad Raza, Ghulam Abbas, Ubaid-ur-Rehman, Amir Shehzad, Zawar Hussain, Sadaqat Hussain, Shahbaz Ahmed, Syed Muhammad Basit Mahmood, Muhammad Abid, Muhammad Naveed Altaf, Shahid Mahmood, Rana Zahid Hayat, Imran Habib, Irfan Nazir, Tahir Ali, Waqar Younas, Muhammad Sajid, Sajida Firdous, Yasmeen Qayyum, Tahoora Bibi, and Farhan Noel. The officers who have been promoted were previously serving in assistant and officiating roles as superintendents. IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar congratulated the promoted officers and instructed them to carry out their duties with even greater diligence and dedication. IG Punjab emphasized that departmental promotions truly reflect an increase in professional responsibilities and demand even greater hard work and dedication.
