Medical treatment for children of police employees with Cerebral Palsy continues
IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar released the third-quarter health stipend payments to the parents of children affected by cerebral palsy.
Medical expenses for 616 children with cerebral palsy have been given as Rs. 10,000 per month per child, Punjab Police spokesperson.
Punjab Police continues to provide comprehensive medical care for the children of police employees affected by cerebral palsy. In this effort, IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar has released the third-quarter health stipend payments to the parents. According to the Punjab Police spokesperson, a total of 616 children with cerebral palsy have received medical expense payments of Rs. 10,000 per month per child.
Dr. Usman Anwar said that Rs. 6.16 million has been provided for the July September period, amounting to Rs. 30,000 per child. Each affected child is granted Rs. 10,000 monthly, totalling Rs. 120,000 annually for medical expenses. IG Punjab further highlighted that under the "Hamaray Phool" project, every effort is being made to provide maximum support for the treatment of police employees' ailing children. Agreements have been inked with various hospitals, including those in Lahore, to facilitate the medical care of these children. Dr. Usman Anwar assured that the Punjab Police is committed to fully supporting parents in the mission to ensure their children's health and recovery.
