LAHORE: Traffic police decided to issue driving licences to college and university students in Punjab. According to a spokesperson from the Traffic Headquarters Punjab, the Additional IG Traffic has approved this initiative, and a letter was sent to all Chief Traffic Officers (CTOs) and District Traffic Officers (DTOs). The letter outlines that licences would be issued to the administrations of colleges and universities, including their students.
