IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar committed to the best Health Welfare of Police Employees and Their Families

 

Inspector General of Police Punjab, Dr. Usman Anwar, is committed and actively working towards the best health welfare for police employees and their families. Continuing these efforts, IG Punjab has released over 1.5 million funds for the treatment of various ailments for police officers and personnel deployed in different districts, including Lahore. According to details, Lahore Police Inspector Majid Iqbal Bhatti has been granted 250,000 rupees for an eye operation. Retired DIG Dr. Masood Saleem received 250,000 rupees for his wife's medical expenses, while Lahore Police Traffic Warden Sabir Hussain was given 150,000 rupees for his wife's treatment. Similarly, the wife of martyred Constable Zia Ullah was granted 150,000 rupees for the treatment of serious illnesses. Sahiwal's Inspector Wazir Ahmad received 100,000 rupees for heart treatment, and retired Assistant Muhammad Anwar was given 100,000 rupees for heart treatment as well. Lahore Police Driver Constable Muhammad Riaz received 100,000 rupees for kidney treatment, and the remaining funds were distributed to police employees suffering from various diseases for their own and their family's medical treatment. IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar said that new projects are being initiated for the welfare of police employees, and the scope of health support will be further expanded.
