IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar took Notice of the Incident in Attock Where 2 Students Were Killed in a School Van Shooting
IG Punjab sougt the report from RPO Rawalpindi; Investigate Every Aspect of the Incident and Arrest the Culprits as Soon as Possible, IG Punjab
Inspector General of Police Punjab, Dr. Usman Anwar, has taken notice of the incident in Attock where a school van was fired upon, resulting in the death of two female students and injuries to five others. IG Punjab sought the report of the incident from the Regional Police Officer (RPO) Rawalpindi. IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar has instructed the District Police Officer (DPO) Attock to form a special team to apprehend the culprits, emphasizing that the investigation should cover all aspects and that the perpetrators should be arrested as quickly as possible.
DPO Attock, Sardar Ghayas Gul, said that according to the initial report, the unknown suspects attacked the van driver due to personal enmity. Unfortunately, two female students lost their lives in the shooting, while the driver and five other students were injured. The injured have been shifted to DHQ Hospital. DPO Attock, Sardar Ghayas Gul, said that a police forensic team is on-site, gathering evidence from the scene. IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar has directed that justice be promptly delivered to the victims' families and that the culprits be given strict punishments.
