Central Police Office: IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar met with Police officials and their families
IG Punjab issued orders for relief after hearing the requests of police personnel and their families.
Inspector General of Police Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar said that the police force is a family, and priority measures are being ensured to resolve the difficulties faced by the employees and their families. IG Punjab said that RPOs and DPOs should also provide all possible relief to their subordinate staff and force in personal & departmental matters so that they can focus fully on their professional duties. He expressed these views today during a meeting with police personnel and their families at the Central Police Office.
On this occasion, IG Punjab issued orders for relief after hearing the requests presented by police personnel and their families. IG Punjab forwarded the application of retired Inspector Khurshid Ahmad regarding the transfer of investigation to additional IG Investigation Punjab to provide relief on the merit. The request for assistance with educational expenses of the daughter of Lahore Police cook Muhammad Sarwar was forwarded to DIG Welfare for relief. IG Punjab instructed DIG Welfare to provide relief on the request for salary disbursement to the widow of deceased ASI Muhammad Mumtaz. Additionally, on the request for recruitment as a wireless operator under family claim for the son of ASI Muhammad Mumtaz, IG Pun directed AIG Admin to provide relief. IG Punjab issued relief orders on the applications related to discipline, welfare, and admin issues.
