Punjab Police Khidmat centers are engaged in providing digital services to citizens across the province.
On the instructions of Inspector General Police Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar , Police Khidmat centers in all the districts of the province are engaged in providing digital services to the citizens. IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar said that in the first seven months of this year, more than 14 lakh 85 thousand citizens have received policing services from these service centers. Spokesman Punjab Police said that every month millions of citizens are benefiting from police services in more than a dozen categories. From 1st January to the end of July this year, more than 04 lakh 07 thousand citizens obtained character certificates from police service centers. 07 lakh 04 thousand citizens have done general police verification, 3932 citizens have done police verification of private employees. More than 01 lakh 02 thousand citizens registered tenancy agreements. About 15,000 citizens got their vehicles verified. More than 94 thousand citizens obtained medicolegal certificates. More than 45,000 citizens registered missing documents while 2,820 registered crime reports. 63543 citizens got copy of FIR, 77 citizens filed the Women Violence Report. Legal and social protection was provided to more than 36 thousand people in the ongoing measures for the protection of the vulnerable groups. 640 citizens have done Employee Registration (ROPE).IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar said that the Police Service Center is a wonderful service delivery project, and will further increase its performance.
