LAHORE: Traffic wardens arrested a rickshaw thief in Anarkali on Thursday. Reportedly, a suspect stole a rickshaw of a citizen and drove away. A motorcyclist, who witnessed the theft, followed it and cried for help. Upon which four wardens Shahbaz, Labeeb, Zeeshan and Naseer intercepted the thief near Anarkali and handed over him to Anarkali police.
