On the instructions of Inspector General of Police Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar, Punjab Police's crackdown against dangerous criminals and proclaimed offenders is continue, As part of this crackdown, Punjab Police Special Operations Cell conducted a timely operation, arresting another criminal trying to flee abroad after committing a murder. According to details, a murder case was registered against the criminal, Jamshed Mohsin, two days ago at the Mangowal police station in Gujrat. Punjab Police promptly included his details in the PNIC list. When the criminal reached the airport to flee abroad, he was immediately arrested during the verification process. The criminal has been handed over to Gujrat police for further legal action.
IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar praised RPO Gujranwala and DPO Gujrat for the timely action leading to the criminal's arrest. IG Punjab instructed that the legal process against the criminal be completed swiftly to ensure he receives the appropriate punishment. IGP Punjab also directed that cooperation with FIA and Interpol be enhanced to bring more criminals to justice.
