IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar: committed for the best health welfare of the police employees and their families.
An additional 1.1 million rupees released for the treatment of children of police employees facing serious ailments serving in various districts.
Inspector General of Police Punjab, Dr. Usman Anwar, is continuously working for the best health welfare of police employees as well as their families and children. As part of these ongoing measures, another 11 lakh rupees has been released for the treatment of children suffering from serious diseases of employees posted in various districts including Lahore.
According to the details Constable Saqib Mahmood from Sargodha police received 250,000 rupees for the treatment of his 5-year-old daughter, Inaya Saqib, who is battling blood cancer. Traffic Warden Muhammad Asif was given 200,000 rupees for the leg surgery of his 9-year-old daughter, Khizra Asif. Junior Clerk Atif Ali received 200,000 rupees for the hand surgery of his 5-year-old daughter, Hoorain Fatima. Injured Constable Muhammad Rafiq from Khanewal was granted 250,000 rupees for his treatment. ASI Muhammad Shehbaz and Sanitary Worker Akram Masih were each given 100,000 rupees for the treatment of their sons, aged 11 and 16, respectively. Sub-Inspector Ahsan Ijaz received 100,000 rupees for the kidney treatment of his 3-year-old son, Ali Ahsan..IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar released the above-mentioned funds after scrutiny and approval by the Welfare Management Committee. IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar said that effective use of available resources will continue to enhance the health welfare of police employees.
