Another 22 lakh rupees has been released for medical treatment to the employees posted in various districts including Lahore.
Inspector General Police Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar is continuously engaged in providing the best treatment to the brave soldiers of the police force and the families of the employees. IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar has released another 2.2 million rupees for medical treatment to the employees posted in various districts including Lahore. According to the details, Rs 10 lakh was given to the injured constable Javed Iqbal of Faisalabad police for medical expenses. Ghazi Constables Ahmad and Omar Daraz were given Rs. 02 lakh each for medical expenses. Ghazi ASI Arif Hussain and injured Constable Haseeb Jamal Awan of Vehari police were given one and a half lakh rupees each for treatment. Traffic Warden Sahib Ali was given 05 lakh rupees for the treatment of his son's brain cancer. The committee headed by Additional IG Welfare and Finance approved the release of the above mentioned funds after scrutinizing the applications received from across the province. IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar while instructing the Additional IG Welfare and Finance to continue taking more measures for the welfare of the force, emphasized that employees facing issues related to health, education, and other matters should be provided with all possible assistance from the welfare fund.
