IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar is dedicated for the best health welfare of the police force.
IGP Punjab released another over 2 million rupees for the treatment and rehabilitation of brave & injured officials serving in their districts.
Inspector General of Punjab Police, Dr. Usman Anwar, is continuing priority measures for the best health welfare of the police force. As part of these efforts, IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar has allocated over 2 million rupees for the treatment and rehabilitation of courageous and injured young officers who sustained injuries while on duty in various districts, including Lahore.
According to details, Sargodha police constable Tahseen Abbas was given 10 lakh rupees for kidney transplant. Dildar Hussain, an injured constable of Lahore Police, has been released Rs.03 lakh for medical expenses. Elite Police Rajanpur constable Allah Devaya was given two and a half lakh rupees for treatment. One lakh 50 thousand rupees was given to the injured TASI Umar Abbas of Rawalpindi to pay the medical expenses. One and a half lakh rupees was given to the injured constable Ghulam Abbas of elite police force for treatment, whereas DG Khan police's injured constables Muhammad Kamran and Muhammad Aamir received Rs. 01 lakh each for medical expenses. IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar approved and released these welfare funds after scrutiny and approval by the Welfare Branch. IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar emphasized that the speedy recovery of the injured policemen is the first priority, full cooperation will continue in this regard.
