On the directive of IG Punjab, DPO Bahawalpur Asad Sarfraz Khan visited the Civil Hospital to inquire about the injured citizen
Following the brutal assault on a citizen over a land dispute in the area of police station Sadar Yazman Bahawalpur, IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar directed DPO Bahawalpur Asad Sarfraz Khan to visit Civil Hospital and inquire about the injured citizen. DPO Bahawalpur Asad Sarfraz Khan also met with the relatives of the injured citizen and assured them of complete cooperation. IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar instructed that the best possible treatment be provided to the injured citizen, ensuring no effort is spared for his swift recovery.
IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar took notice of the incident that occurred the previous day. DPO Bahawalpur Asad Sarfraz Khan said that the main culprit, Iqrar Hussain, has been arrested, and raids are ongoing to apprehend the other suspects. All suspects will be arrested as soon as possible and will face appropriate punishment.
