CHINIOT: The Chiniot city police arrested a junkyard trader in Gulsitan Colony for torturing a 12-year-old boy of Satellite Town, after accusing him of stealing valuables from his shop. Muhammad Abdullah had gone to the shop of Fahad to sell some rotten bread pieces. When he was returning home, the trader chased and caught him, torturing him with punches, kicks, slaps, and shoes. The police registered an FIR under sections 342, 506, and 355 of the Pakistan Penal Code and arrested the trader after a video of the incident went viral.
