On the directives of IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar, a meeting of the Medical Financial Assistance Committee was held at CPO.
Dr. Usman Anwar has released funds of more than 1 million rupees for the health welfare of police employees and their families.
Inspector General of Punjab Police Dr. Usman Anwar continues to take revolutionary steps for the health welfare of police employees, in this regard, a meeting of the Medical Financial Assistance Committee was held at the Central Police Office, during which Dr. Usman Anwar released funds exceeding 1 million rupees for the health welfare of police employees and their families.
According to the details Junior Clerk Muhammad Waheed Asghar of the IAB branch, injured in a traffic accident, received 250,000 rupees for medical treatment, Senior Traffic Warden Rashid Rasheed from Faisalabad was granted 250,000 rupees for his wife's treatment- Senior Traffic Warden Mustaqeem Khan from Rawalpindi Police was provided 250,000 rupees for cancer treatment- Retired Head Constable Khurshid Ahmelad Awan from Lahore Police received 200,000 rupees for open-heart surgery. Constable Sajid Ali Khan from Lahore Police was given 100,000 rupees for kidney disease treatment. IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar issued these funds after scrutiny by the Welfare Branch. Dr. Usman Anwar said that the health welfare of police employees and their families is a top priority and that further support will continue. He emphasized that employees and their families suffering from serious illnesses are being provided with all possible assistance for their treatment.
