OKARA: A suspect was arrested while his accomplice was booked for raping a 16-year-old girl in Basirpur locality two months ago and making a video of the incident. The suspect allegedly blackmailed the survivor, threatening to upload the video on social media. The case was registered under sections 376 and 292 of the PPC. The police have arrested the main suspect.
