LAHORE : Police have busted a gang accused of molesting abandoned children in inns near Data Darbar. The arrested individuals identified as Khalid, Bilal, Nawaz and Ramzan have confessed to their involvement in the heinous crimes. According to DIG Organised Crime Unit, the gang targeted runaway children, offering them food and shelter to gain their trust. Once the children were in their custody, the accused transported them to various inns in the Data Darbar area, where they were subjected to molestation. The perpetrators charged their clients between Rs500 to Rs1,000 for access to these vulnerable children.
