Inland Study tour of 35th Senior Management Course, NIM Islamabad to the Central Police Office*
Delegation participants were briefed on Punjab Police's working, public service delivery projects, and specialized field formations
Officers included in the 35th Senior Management Course visited the Central Police Office. The delegation from the National Institute of Management Islamabad comprised 18 officers from various government service groups and cadres. Additional IG Punjab Sultan Ahmad Chaudhry met with the officers of the senior management course. The delegation was briefed on Punjab Police's working, public service delivery projects, and field formations. Additional IG Punjab Sultan Ahmad Chaudhry informed the officers in the delegation that Punjab Police, along with curbing crime, is ensuring the provision of modern services to citizens. Projects such as Tahaffuz Centers, Khidmat Marakaz, Mesaaq Centers, and Foster Homes are successfully ongoing to help and protect vulnerable groups. Additional IG Punjab said that the entire force has undergone health screenings, and welfare measures in health, education, and employment sectors are continuing. Modern training, advanced resources, and public-centric policing have become the force's mission, further strengthening the trust between citizens and the police. The delegation participants also asked various questions about police working, infrastructure development, and professional challenges.
