IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar is determined for the best health welfare of the families of police employees

IGP Punjab issued another 16 lakh rupees to the personnel posted in various districts and field formations for the treatment of their families.

Inspector General Police Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar is committed and determined for the best health welfare of police employees as well as their families and in this regard, IG Punjab has released 16 lakh rupees to the officials posted in field formations in various districts including Lahore for the treatment of the family members.

According to the details, ASI Ghulam Ali was given 05 lakh rupees for the treatment of his daughter's kidney failure problem. Special Branch’s Inspector Muhammad Tufail Meeran received two and half lakh rupees for the treatment of his daughter affected by polio.  ASI Iftikhar Hussain was given two and a half lakh rupees for the treatment of his son Ali Raza's cancer. Punjab Constabulary’s Sub-Inspector Mureed Abbas received two and a half lakh rupees for the treatment of his son's cancer. Constable Waheed ur Rehman and Constable Abbas Ali received one lakh each for the treatment of their children. Constable Khurram Shahzad of Jhelum was given 70 thousand rupees for the treatment of his one-year-old daughter. Senior Clerk of Lahore Police Rafiq ud din received 46 thousand 527 rupees for the treatment of his son.  37 thousand 364 rupees were issued to driver constable Mujahid Muslim for the treatment of his son. IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar released the above-mentioned funds after the scrutiny and approval of the Welfare Management Committee.  IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar said that the police force is like a family, the department will take more measures for best health welfare than earlier.
