ASP Samia Saleem, a talented student from Multan who recently passed the CSS exam to become an Assistant Superintendent of Police, visited the Central Police Office. She was accompanied by her family and met IG Punjab, Dr. Usman Anwar. The meeting was attended by senior officers including Commandant Police Training College Chung Mehboob Aslam, his wife Sophia Waraich, SP Investigation Munaza Karamat, and ASP Shaherbano Naqvi. IG Punjab, Dr. Usman Anwar, congratulated Samia Saleem on joining the police force and also extended congratulations to her parents and brother. He praised Samia for her perseverance in continuing her education under the challenging conditions of South Punjab, calling her a role model for all Pakistani girls. Dr. Usman Anwar assured that the Punjab Police would provide Samia with full support and guidance in her professional development. Samia Saleem is the first girl from Tehsil Sadar in Multan to join the police service through the CSS exam. She attributed her success to tireless hard work and the unwavering support of her parents. Samia emphasized that parents should provide equal opportunities and support to their daughters, as well as their sons, in pursuing education. She expressed hope that her success would inspire other girls in South Punjab to aim higher and consider the CSS exam as a pathway to success.The Punjab Police presented ASP Samia Saleem with souvenirs to mark the occasion.
