SARGODHA: Police arrested four suspects for betting on cockfight in the city and registered a gambling case against them. On a tip-off, the Urban Area police conducted a raid and arrested Allah Ditta, Farooq, Ramzan and Faisal red-handed while betting on cockfight, and recovered over Rs50,000 stake money, besides four roosters used for gambling from them. A case has been registered against the suspects under the provisions of the Gambling Act and investigations are underway.
