LAHORE:Two suspect robbers were arrested after an encounter near Gulshan-e-Iqbal Park by Dolphin Squad team. Reportedly, the suspects had conducted a robbery bid last night in Sanda and were about to conduct another one. A Dolphin Squad on finding them suspicious signalled to stop, however, the suspects instead of complying by the orders tried to run away and opened firing. Police chased and arrested them. A snatched motorcycle, mobile phone and illegal weapons were recovered from their custody. Many cases of robbery, dacoity and other heinous offences have been traced to them. They were handed over to Iqbal Town police station for further investigations.
