Lahore police have arrested a man for allegedly raping a 10-year-old girl who worked as a maid in his house for two months, 24NewsHD TV channel reported on Wednesday. Police said Mehwish, who was an employee of Salman’s house in Millat Park area, has now been shifted to Services Hospital for medical examination. On the other hand, after receiving information about the incident, Child Protection Bureau chairperson and Member of the Punjab Assembly (MPA) Sara Ahmad directed the office’s team to immediately contact the child and his family. She assured that all possible help would be provided to the victim.
