IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar's directive, regular steps are being taken for the health welfare of police employees
Another 39 lakh rupees has been released for the treatment of 05 personnel who were injured in the line duty, spokesman of Punjab Police
Inspector General Police Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar is ensuring regular measures for the health welfare of police employees, in continuation of which, IG Punjab has released another 39 lakh rupees for the treatment of 05 personnel who were injured in the line of duty.
According to the details, Rahim Yar Khan's driver Constable Muhammad Sarwar was given 15 lakh rupees for medical expenses. One million rupees were released for medical expenses to injured Ghazi Muhammad Shakeel of Faisalabad. Injured constable Muhammad Asif of Rahim Yar Khan was given 1 million rupees for treatment. Two and a half lakh rupees were released for the medical expenses of Gulab Ali, the injured constable of Bahawalnagar, while one and a half lakh rupees were released for the treatment of the injured TSI Zeeshan Elahi of Khanewal district. The Compensation Award Committee of the Welfare Branch had sent the cases to the IG Punjab for the release of funds. IG Punjab directed that no shortage of funds and support should be left in ensuring the measures for the welfare of the employees and their families suffering from various health problems.
