IG Punjab released another 1.8 million rupees for medical expenses to the police employees of various districts: spokesman of Punjab Police
Inspector General of Police Punjab, Dr. Usman Anwar continues significant initiatives for the health and welfare of the police force. As part of this ongoing process, IG Punjab has released an additional 1.8 million rupees for medical expenses for police force serving in various districts including Lahore.
According to details, Lahore Police Constable Zubair Younas was provided with 500,000 rupees for medical treatment, while Gujranwala Police Inspector Ghazi Muhammad Riaz was allocated 500,000 rupees for medical expenses. Bahawalpur Police Constable Zahid Javed received 350,000 rupees for medical treatment, and Bahawalpur's injured Constable Rashid Mahmood was provided with 250,000 rupees for medical expenses and Khanewal Police Constable Hamza Abbas was given 200,000 rupees for medical treatment.
Spokesman of Punjab Police said that the online welfare processing of the applications and the payment of funds to force through the compensation Award Committee is continue without any interruption. IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar directed the officers to continue priority measures for the welfare of the force and full support should be provided to every official suffering from any kind of medical problem.
