LAHORE: Police arrested a suspect who had slapped a woman over fare dispute in the Garden Town area. Reportedly, the victim had made a call at Police Helpline 15 and complained that a suspected driver had hurled abuses at her and slapped her after an exchange of words over fare. Punjab Safe City Authority taking cognizance of the matter alerted the police and used its cameras to identify the suspect. A team was dispatched to the scene based on the woman's complaint. The suspect was traced through Safe City cameras and arrested. A case was registered against him.
