Under the supervision of Inspector General Police Punjab, Dr. Usman Anwar, the crackdown continues for the arrest and repatriation of dangerous proclaimed offenders wanted in serious cases abroad without interruption. During the ongoing operation in this regard, Punjab Police has arrested 22 proclaimed offenders from foreign countries and brought them back to the country this year. Spokesman Punjab Police said that the Punjab Police team has arrested and brought back another dangerous proclaimed offender wanted in the cases of murder and kidnapping for ransom from Saudi Arabia. Spokesperson of Punjab Police said that the proclaimed offender Ghulam Yasin was wanted by Punjab Police Rajanpur in the cases of murder and kidnapping for ransom for the last 13 years. Punjab Police has issued a red notice from Interpol to arrest the criminal, after fulfilling the legal requirements, the alleged proclaimed offender Ghulam Yasin has been extradited from Saudi Arabia. IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar appreciated the police team for arresting dangerous proclaimed offender Ghulam Yasin from abroad. IGP Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar directed that the accused should be punished by completing the legal process soon.
