On the directions of IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar, health welfare measures for police employees are continued.

21 lakh rupees for medical expenses to 08 more personnel who were injured in the line of duty were released. Spokesman Punjab Police

Inspector General Police Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar is ensuring priority measures for the treatment and speedy recovery of Ghazi officers and officials who got injured in the line of duty, in continuation of which, IG Punjab has released 21 lakh rupees for medical expenses of 08 more personnel who were injured during the operations in different districts. According to the details, injured head constable Kaleem ullah Khan of Rahim Yar Khan was given Rs. 05 lakh for treatment. Ghazi Constable Asad Ullah of Lahore Police was provided health support worth Rs.01 Lakh. Rahim Yar Khan Police’s injured constables Muhammad Imran Tabasum, Saif ullah and Abdul Razaq were given two and half lakh rupees each for the treatment. Meanwhile, two and a half lakh rupees per person were also released for the treatment of injured constables Sherbaz, Daniyal Aslam and Shahbaz Saleem. IGP Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar said that welfare projects have been increased by speeding up the measures for the welfare of the force.
