Another good initiative for health welfare of Punjab Constabulary, Punjab Police and Farooq Group of Hospitals agreed to sign MOU.

Under the direction of Inspector General Police Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar, historic measures are being taken for the welfare of the police force, in continuation of which, another good initiative have been taken for the health welfare of Punjab Constabulary. Commander Battalion-V, PC, Abbas Lines SSP Mian Afnan Amin met Chairman Dr. Farooq and CEO Dr. Sabir of Farooq Group of Hospitals.During the meeting, Punjab Police and Farooq Group of Hospitals reached an agreement to provide medical relief to police employees. Spokesman Punjab Police said that an MOU will be signed soon between Punjab Constabulary and Farooq Group of Hospitals. According to which the Punjab Constabulary jawans and their families will be provided a heavy discount in treatment in five hospitals of Farooq Group, whereas in Farooq Group's Akhtar Saeed Hospital, the families of police martyrs and employees will get an absolutely free treatment facility.
The spokesperson of Punjab Police further said that the police employees and their families will be given special discounts for diagnostic tests of all kinds of diseases. Regular medical camps will be organized for the awareness of Punjab Constabulary jawans on behalf of Farooq Group of Hospitals. Commander Battalion-V, PC, Abbas Lines, SSP Mian Afnan Amin said that collaboration with Farooq Hospital will bring special relief to the medical problems of PC jawans and their families.
